PROFESSIONAL PHILOSOPHY
Quality is not achieved through inspection alone. It requires leadership, reliable measurement, teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.
Patient safety is not an isolated programme; it is a fundamental responsibility of every healthcare organisation.
Data are most valuable when they help people understand performance, identify opportunities, test changes, and learn.
Policies are most effective when they translate into meaningful improvements in people’s experience of care.
I believe that the ultimate measure of healthcare quality is the extent to which healthcare systems improve the safety, effectiveness, equity, outcomes, and dignity of the people they serve.
